In January 2019, HypeAuditor ran a benchmark, studying the engagement rate of almost 4,2 million accounts of influencers. The covered pool of accounts was divided into five groups, based on the number of followers. The study showed that Engagement Rate is depending on follower count. The more followers an influencer has, the lower is their ER.
This week we’ve taken a closer look at more than 36,000 influencers, checked in Hype Auditor and found the average engagement rate that can be used to evaluate influencers. First of all, we divided all influencers into six Tiers, depending on their followers count.
