1. Summary

Instagram Analytics report HypeAuditor

Global Rank

This number is your place on the list of top Instagram influencers. It depends on the number of real followers and real engagement. You can find more information about how it’s calculated here.

Audience Quality Score

AQS shows how authentic is your audience is. It’s a 1 to 100 metric which consists of three components:

  • Engagement Rate
  • Authentic Engagement
  • Followers’ Reachability.

If your AQS is Average and lower — your should work with your audience better, because it’s not authentic and active.

Quality Followers

It’s the total number of your real followers.

Authentic Engagement

It’s the total number of likes from real followers.

2. Followers’ Demography

Instagram Followers Demography

Our blogger is from Norway and most of her followers are from Norway too. She writes her posts in English, so she has a lot of followers from the US and Europe.

Your geo should correspond with your followers’ geo. If you are a blogger from France, it’s ok if you have followers from France, Switzerland, Belgium and so on. But if the most of your followers are from Brazil or India it’s suspicious.

But there are some exceptions, for instance, you are an expat from Brazil living in France. But in this case, your posts should be in Portuguese.

3. Audience type

Instagram Followers quality

Audience type shows who are your followers. Quality followers are Real People and Influencers.

You should aware of Mass followers and suspicious accounts.

Mass followers — are account who use special tool or app to follow other users. Usually, they have more than 1500 followings and they cant see and react to your posts. They are ghost followers.

Suspicious accounts — are bots, inactive users, and users who are cheating Instagram algorithm.

The more real people you have, the more healthier your Instagram is.

What to do if you have a lot of mass followers?

You should clean your Instagram and delete all ghost and inactive followers. There a lot of apps to clean up your Instagram, just Google it.

You should also check your core audience gender. If you are a female blogger, working with beauty brands, but your core audience is male, you are doing something wrong. The most common reason — you post too many pics in a bikini.

4. Followers’ Reachability

instagram Followers Reachability

It shows how many followers potentially could see your posts. The less mass followers you have, the more is your followers’ reachability.

5. Engagement

Instagram Engagement rate

Engagement shows how interesting your posts are. HypeAuditor compares your Engagement Rate with similar accounts and concludes, how good is your ER.

Low engagement indicates that you have a lot of ghost followers and you should delete them.

6. Authentic Engagement
