HypeAuditor Platform Updates for January 2025: Dashboard Overhaul, Snapchat Discovery, and More

A new year usually means new campaigns. Fresh reports. Bigger goals. It also means you’re probably spending a lot of time switching between tools, tabs, and tracking sheets as those new year campaigns kick off. So to help make things a little more manageable as 2025 gets underway, we’ve rolled out a set of product updates designed to make this year a little simpler for you.

And the good news is they’re already live! Here’s what’s changed.

A new dashboard that gives you what you need up front

Updated dashboard

The HypeAuditor dashboard now works the way it should: everything is in one place. That includes your reports, campaign data, Media Plans, usage limits, and saved searches. Instead of clicking around to find what you’re looking for, it’s all shown clearly from the start.

You can track your subscription and feature usage right from the homepage. So if you're unsure whether you’ve used up your advanced reports, or want to check how many campaigns you’ve got left, you can see it at a glance (no need to dig through settings or support pages!)

Your most recent influencer reports are also now just a click away. That includes AQS (Audience Quality Score) and CQS (Channel Quality Score). If you’re constantly jumping back to check recent analysis or compare creators, this will be a welcome change for you.

There’s also better visibility into your campaigns and Media Plans. You’ll see your campaign limits and your latest plans without needing to hunt for them. And if something needs your attention, like a pending approval, you’ll get a heads-up right there on the dashboard.

Discovery is easier, too. Your saved and featured searches are surfaced immediately. You’ll also see lookalike recommendations based on past searches or creator profiles you’ve saved. That helps when you're looking to grow your influencer network or build out a list quickly.

At its core, this update is about one thing: visibility. Less aimless clicking around, and more info upfront and center.

Influencer email CSV exports are now available inside Discovery

Getting contact info is a key part of running campaigns, but it’s always been one of the more repetitive steps. So, of course, we’ve made it a bit faster.

You can now export influencer email data directly from your Discovery search results. It works like this: run your search, pick the influencers you want to reach out to, unlock their contact details using email credits, then download a clean CSV file.

The export includes names and email addresses. You can generate a file for up to 10,000 influencers at once. That’s especially useful if you're handling outreach for larger campaigns or prepping lists for multiple clients. But even if you’re only pulling 20 or 30 creators, it helps avoid the copy-paste schlepp.

The goal is to reduce effort so there’s no need to jump between tabs, transfer data into spreadsheets manually, or worry about formatting issues. You unlock, export, and send.

This should be a noticeable improvement if you’re responsible for influencer outreach (or if you’ve ever had the unfortunate task of building a contact list under pressure, with half a dozen other tasks waiting).

Snapchat influencer discovery database

Snapchat discovery database

If Snapchat is part of your social strategy this year, then we have some great news for you: you’ll now be able to find creators directly in HypeAuditor.

We’ve added over 100,000 Snapchat influencer accounts to our discovery database. You can search and filter them the same way you would on other platforms, with access to demographic data and audience insights to help evaluate fit.

This gives you another option when planning cross-platform campaigns, especially if you're targeting younger audiences or trying to reach users in specific locations. It also helps if you’re just looking for less saturated spaces to run influencer activity.

The initial batch of profiles is live now, and we’ll continue expanding the database over time. So if you don’t find what you need right away, fret not: more is coming!

Snapchat might not be your main channel, but when it does come up, you won’t need to go outside HypeAuditor to search for relevant creators. You can handle the whole discovery process in one place with ease.

Looking ahead

We hope you find these updates useful! They’re meant to fix the little points of friction that come up when you’re trying to do actual work. Checking reports. Pulling contact info. Planning a new campaign on a tight deadline. That kind of thing.

It’s still early in the year. If you’re setting up your first few campaigns or getting systems in place for Q1, these tools are ready now. Check them out (especially our new dashboard).
